Smart, Inc. has been contracted by the Delray Beach Housing Authority to provide real estate consulting, project management, and implementation services toward the redevelopment of the Carver Estates public housing community.  We are working to transform Carver Estates 15 deteriorating apartment buildings into a safe and attractive mixed-use, mixed-income community.
