We are currently engaged as the asset manager and developer of the Southern Howard Triangle Building in New Orleans. The building, located in the heart of New Orleans’ Arts and Cultural District, is being converted from its current use as an office building, to a unique and visionary condominium complex. The project involves the renovation of the historic 7 story building and augmenting the structure with new construction on the adjacent lot. The resulting 14-story condominium will serve as a model for further development in the area.
