We have experience in isolating viable options for the use of federal, state, and local government resources, as well as, private equity and charitable contributions. We have designed affordable rental, limited equity cooperative, condominium, single-family homeownership, Supportive Housing and Elderly Housing projects. We understand how to leverage resources and layer subsidies.
