Smart, Inc. has designed and implemented Community Services, Family Self -Sufficiency, Job Training, and Employment programs. We designed a successful Community Leadership College effort, a One Stop Career Center in partnership with the Department of Labor, and a Computer Learning Center with a University's Cooperative Extension Services. We have designed successful TOP, EDSS, and Youthbuild programs in Buffalo, New York; New Orleans, Louisiana; New Iberia, Louisiana; and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and have represented Tenant Advisory Boards, Resident Councils, and Resident owned businesses.

We managed the entire Resident Services department of the Camden Housing Authority and the Community Service and Economic Self Sufficiency program for the Shreveport Housing Authority.

Smart, Inc. has developed a special niche in designing local community revitalization initiatives incorporating Web/IT-based solutions to network neighborhoods through technology.
