Smart, Inc. has developed tracking and monitoring systems for incorporation into the Corrective Action Plan, allowing the PHA and HUD to track and monitor the progress of activities and improvements relative to the SEMAP indicators. We have developed Corrective Action Plans, assisting the PHAs executive and management staff to administer and manage its Housing Choice Voucher Program; participating, interacting and collaborating with HUD and PHA staff, residents, property owners/agents and others as needed, in order to successfully complete the HUD approved CAP.
